is 10w-30 full synthetic oil ok for evo x

no the engine is rated for 5 30

I ran Rotella T6 and its rated 5-40 and I never had any issues.

The first number in the rating refers to the winter rating for viscosity on cold starts. So the 10w-30 will give you less protection because the 10w is more thick (less protection) when cold.
