ACD pump issue.

I have searched and haven’t come across anyone having the same symptoms I am. My acd pump has apparently gone out, yet I’m not getting the CEL for it. I get the service required light then the “gravel, snow, tarmac” light goes away completely. Would this be a sign of a certain aspect of the pump being bad? Like a solenoid or motor. I should have the car back from the dealer Friday so I can try powering the motor to see if it runs. I am just trying to learn what I can before I start troubleshooting

Just spoke with the dealership. After testing the pump with the mut tool, they are saying it’s a bad solenoid. They say they can’t tell which one it is. Would the mut not tell which solenoid it is?

Sounds exactly what my 2008 pump is doing. It's been dead for 3 years or so

You haven’t bothered to fix it? The light coming on when I start the car gets annoying. Haha

Yeah it is annoying but I have come to accept it lol I'm long out of the extended warranty, and I'm not read to do it out of pocket just yet.

They warranty the pump for 100,000 miles. If you aren't over that they will replace it. Once replaced just move it with a pump relocation kit to your trunk.

Same here. I wish the warranty was indefinite

So I decided to have a look at my pump myself, sounds like the pump turns on for about a second then nothing. I had my wife turn the key without starting it and sounds like it activates but immediately shut off. Wonder if it's not building pressure. The fluid was at the full line in the reservoir, not it sits about half way down.
