I had to replace my battery and now when I switch gears and go it lags like it'll hit 4500 first then drop to 4000 catch and go...any ideas? Retune it since I did replace the battery?? Hadn't done this before the battery replacement

 

Sounds like a completely unrelated problem. If the RPM's are jumping to 4500 then catching at 4000 that sounds like a slipping clutch. You wouldn't lose your tune from disconnecting the battery though.

 

I thought that might be it too...but didn't know for sure...thanks for the feedback!
