Sudden SRS light

Hey everyone,
So last week my SRS light started popping up and I cant figure out what the problem is. I start the car and the little warring comes on and I have to hold the info button to clear it but it still keeps the yellow warning sign up. I also noticed the passenger side seat belt indicator on the dash lights up like it wants me to buckle that seat up but no one is in it and when I buckle it nothing changes. Advice? Its super annoying and I worry the system is not working and ill be screwed if I get hit.

Thanks!

Do you have after market seats or have you ever taken the seats out or anything? Maybe a connection is loose under the seat / plugged in harness

OEM seats never removed. The light just started randomly. I checked all the connections under the seats and everything looks good.

Going to bite the bullet and take it to get reset after reading the countless threads talking about that being the only solution. Fingers crossed its gone for good after this.
