Arrow Exposed Intercooler?

How many of you took the mesh grills out and running exposed IC & Piping? Pros/Cons? I'm not a fan of how the drivers side is blocked off and think's it looks cheap.

Pro: the mesh keeps larger debri from hitting things.
Con: I don't really see any cons other than looking a little cheap.

Get the JDM fog light delete kit. You'll have exposed IC pipes and there won't ge an empty opening there.

What about just making a higher quality screen to put in its place? Some rocks can do significant damage that would be cheap if it hits the screen, quite a bit more if it hits piping.

If you want to get rid of the plastic faux cover on the driver side just buy the MR mesh so both sides match. you get to keep fog lights and is oem.

My GSR came that way, looks a lot nicer than the fake plastic vent thing they normally come with.

I got rid of the fog lights and fake mesh and fixed chickenwire in place. From 20 yards away it looks like the JDM delete kit but costs 100x less

Chickenwire never looks good on cars. Hence the 60 feet away comment. Please don't.
