"rally" wheels?

I was hoping to get your opinions and real world feedback here. I love the look of some "rally" wheels (as they have been marketed as in my research). Somewhat smaller, cheaper wheels. Anyone have any experience with wheels.. perhaps going smaller in diameter, but at most staying at 18s. I do not want to go bigger. I love the look of these Method wheels but don't know about fitment. Any help on brands, or sites to check out to know for sure a set of such style wheels would fit on our Evo?

Example of Method Wheel.

Good option based on weight but there are some more attractive ones out there - I like using tirerack myself you can sort of see them on the car and sort by weight. The Ozzy superlegra's have some neat options and very lightweight.

I check Tirerack all the time! I like the Method wheels because they remind me of aftermarket 90's Mercedes wheels. I like that blocky, sort of ugly look haha I was hoping to buy some 17's or something. But not knowing about offsets, feared that they would sit even further inside the bodylines than the stock wheels.

Hmm figured if they listed them they would be same dimensions as stock wheels. Maybe inquire with the manufacturer of a wheel you like appearance wise and see if workable?

Everyone and their grandma is putting those Method wheels on their Crosstrek. Maybe go to a meet or something, and swap with someone to try them on lol

Visit reddit.com/r/xvcrosstrek, but they're putting on the 15" wheels with big offroady tires.
