Okay a few things here...

What MODS are on the car
What MAP are you running with the COBB
Have you done a boost leak test
even tho the CEL is not on, check it with the COBB to see if there are any other codes
Have you tried pulling the COBB off to see what she does without it
Check and make sure the exhaust manifold nuts are still tight as well as the turbo bolts/nuts I have seen both stock and after market stuff rattle off and cause the issue you have
Fuses - (and yes I'm NOT talking about the relays that always go out)
There is a fuse in the car to check, its number 14,Engine Control Module or ECM Fuel Pump relay and power window relay fuse. (dont ask me why they put the windows with the fuel pump relay fuse)
Also, in the engine bay fuse box you need to check numbers 2,8,22 these are Engine Control Module or ECM fuses
In addition to those, you need to also check number 23 which is another fuel pump fuse and check number 21 which is the ignition coil 1-4 fuse
When what the last time you did plugs on the car?
past all this, i think it might be time for you have a tuner look at the car.....

Thanks for reply, i have full exhaust front mount ets intercooler with piping i have intake with stock bov aem 320lph pump and i think i have 1000 id injectors what i was told by tuner. When i got the car it was on 93 tune it had idle fluctuations than also i thought it was the tune so i retuned it on e85 with jr tuned and he said my fuel pump might be needing repalced so i did replace it and still same thing happens even on e85. I also noticed when i step on the gas in like 4-5-6 gear my check engine light starts to flash quickly i never noticed it in the lower gears. I have checked thise fuses and they are all fine also the car has no boost leaks i checked.
