Unhappy Evo x mr 2014

I just bought the evo x 2014 mr with 38 thousand miles but since I bought it the car when it is hot starts to give a very strong shudder and strange sound coming from the front part of the car.it only does when it is decreasing 3d 2d and 1d and also when it comes up from d1 and d2. Sometimes if you accelerate slowly when the transmission decides to change it gives you the clunk sound that it comes from the transmission and at the same time it feels like the trans lock for a second.also, the transmission changes when it should not, the truth is that i dont feel safe driving this car because when the car hits, it's as if you stopped suddenly.

i took the car to the mitsu dealer and they said the car is not showing any problem codes...is anybody experiencing the same problem....?

First thing you should do is change the SST transmission fluid. Then see where you sit.

Ouch... Does the car have mods? Is it tuned for them? If not, get in touch with Kozmic Motorsports and discuss issues with them. They are one of the best if not the best EVO MR shops in the world / country. Had an MR, live in Houston where they are so can attest to their skills.

Just a heads up, these are very expensive cars (transmission wise) to repair. If you have a recourse to return the car if bought at a dealership, I'd do so. Not trying to freak you out, but these things get pricey...
