Rear bumper damage

I just got my 14 X MR on Sunday, and someone bumped into the rear bumper of the parked X in the parking lot... Anyone has good recommendations for bodyshops in the Los Angeles area? A shop in La Crescenta gave me a quote for $800 on part (rear bumper + diffuser) and $750 on the paint. Any advice is appreciated!

I don't know how high your deductible is, but I would pop that dent out from the other side by hand and see how bad the the damage is to the clips near the quarter panel. A good buffing would take away any paint transfer. After that you will know what you are truly dealing with.

Thanks! That’s a great advice. I’ll try it.
