Smoke out of tail pipe

im looking at buying an used Evo X. Here is what is has done to it. It smokes at idle but drives fine. Not sure if it’s worth the risk. Any ideas what the smoke could be?

Pros
Built 2.0 motor done by r&w race enignes in coatesville PA
Manley turbo-tuff rods and piston, ARP head and main studs, Ferrea springs and retainers, King racing bearings. Full ported cylinder head, Serdi valve job. Block was bored to 86.5, deck was squared to the crank. Crank was magnafluxed, balaced, mico-polished about 21k miles on the motor

Trans from a 2015 evo fe
Has 51k mikes on it

Clutch
Stage 3 competition clutch flywheel throw out bearing
Has around 800miles on it .

Oil changed less than 100miles ago with amsoil 10w40

Garret gtx3576r
ID1000 cc injectors (i would upgrade these)
Mishimoto rad hoses
Driven fab dual catch can
Ets intercooler piping & intake
Forge diverter valve
Dw65cc fuel pump (would upgrade this)
Topspeed pro one exhaust
Ams downpipe
Upgraded master cylinder
Kenwood double din
Speakers and amp suck ! Lol carbon fiber fan cover
3bar
Boost gauge
Wideband gauge
Oil pressure gague
Oil temp gague
Watertemp gauge
Upgraded motor mounts
Cobb v3 accessport

Ask away im sure im missing something cant think right now .

It is dyno tuned on 93 right now lot more potential if you go e85

I have paperwork and receipts for everything alot of thing dyno sheets etc.

Cons
Needs an alignment
New tires atleast the front
Passenger door handle needs to be replaced .
Might possibly need new valve seals cause i get smoking sometimes just recently started after oil change (use to run thicker oil in summer ) nd it does it on cold starts. Only does this on cold days

Regarding the exhaust smoke:

Sounds like a good O'l fashioned compression / leak down test could help you decide?

As with any other car, the color of the smoke says a lot.
Blue-Oil burning
White-Coolant burning
Black-too much fuel burning

Given that you mentioned valve seals, I am pretty confident it would be blue smoke

If that's the case, do you have overheating problems? Air in the radiator/cooling loop? cloudy oil? If yes to any of them, do a compression test. if it comes up sub-par, time to rip off the head and check for a cracked gasket. If your gasket is fine, there's a possibility you've cracked your block somewhere.
It's possible it's grey, not white. They can be difficult to tell apart some times. If that's the case, that would indicate oil.

There is no grey. Only white, blue (could be considered grey, I guess), and black.

If it is smoking: it needs money put into it. Do a compression check. If it's bad, then do a leak down test to see where it's bad. If it's good, then at least you know the engine internals are good.
You need to know exactly which color the smoke it is and when you see it: startup, idle, acceleration, deceleration, etc. Knowing the color and "when" it blows smoke will you give clues of what to check next.
If all is said and done and you don't mind doing/paying for needed repairs, then you are good to go. The car better be cheap, though. Good luck!
