smoke on decel
built/sleeved 2.0
dual walbro 450
ets vband turbo kit
my girlfriend followed me to drop my car off and said that it would occasionally puff gray smoke out the exhaust randomly.
afrs seem fine but the fpr is being replaced now as we're trying to diagnose why the car goes full rich when the second pump comes on(fuel pressure drops to 0 when the car is shut off).
afrs drop to high 10s/low 11's when i let off throttle before leaning out
oil levels are steady, as are coolant levels and the catch can has minimal fluid
tune isn't complete due to aforementioned rich condition when second pump comes on but as cruising and idling the car is mint, except for this smoking issue.
should i be concerned or just excess fuel?

"tune isn't complete' - you need to elaborate on this statement lol. If your'e running parts that aren't tuned properly for the car, then yes, that's more than likely your issue. I'd stay out of boost and get it tuned then see where you are.
Grey is oil. Grey on decel, from what I have seen, is usually leaking valve seals. Just tossing out what my first guess would be, based on the info given. Excess fuel would be black smoke.
