Lean on idle and hesitating when accelerating

Hi guys I have a 08 evo x and I’m having a issue with it running lean on idle and hesitating while Accelerating it only hesitates for a few seconds then drives normal also have a issue after the car is warm and I park somewhere turn the car off and come back out and start it I gotta give it gas and rev it for a good 10 seconds before it idles on its own
I changed all the o2 sensors and the maf sensor, checked for boost leaks and vacuum leaks and can’t seem to find any
I’m pretty stumped and it’s been bothering me I can’t figure it out😂 I got spark plugs on order just wonder if you guys have any insight.

I would log your EX MIVEC, it should be around 0/-5 at warm idle.
Another thing I would check is the injectors

Update

Got new Pcv valve, injectors cleaned, and a smoke test for vacuum leaks found about 3 vac leaks fixed 2 of them there’s one large one coming from the exhaust manifold side I was thinking the manifold is probably cracked but didn’t see any and can’t seem to locate the exact spot of the crack but definitely gonna get a new manifold soon
