we did a compression check which was okay for the most part (1=105, 2=112, 3 =108 & 4= 110psi) however leak down was somewhat concerning at 1=24%, 2=26%, 3=24% & 4=25%. Usually anything more than 20% is not acceptable so we decided to scope the cylinders and they have some pretty bad scoring on the walls which would explain the excessive leak down numbers.
Engine has less than 2k miles on it.

Shop that did the rebuild has gone out of business so I am not sure if the warranty it's under will work.
Yea, the compression and leak down both look pretty bad to me.
Those scratches look pretty rough. I would definitely take the head off and check out how deep they are but given how they look on camera, I would say you are in for another rebuild.
Sucks that the shop that did the work is out of business, but honestly I'm not sure I would want them to work on it again anyways.
