Request: How to install AMS Intake pipe?

Hey all : )

I installed the UICP by myself, that alone was very easy. However installing this looks.. "complicated"? I mean... it looks like I can do it, it just doesn't look like there's a lot of room back there to stick my hands and unscrew/re-screw things.

Any pictures/info/help? : )

I actually have a question about this. There are 2 small vacuum lines that go to the stock intake, and there's not a spot for them on the AMS intake. Looks like one goes to the engine, and the other to the boost solenoid? What exactly am i supposed to do with these? Any help is MUCH appreciated!

If you didn't opt. for the +50$ breather bung on the intake, then you have to take the thicker tube that attaches to the valve cover (breather) off and put a small breather filter. For the tubing coming from the boost controller, you can leave that vented to atmosphere.

You don't have to do anything with those lines. I left mine open without a filter and the car runs just fine, most people have extended that tube further down so that any oil that would be blown out goes to the ground. As was said, the solenoid line can just vent to atmosphere and it will be fine.
