How to install LED headlight parking lights?
Is it wholly necessary to remove the bumper in order to get at these little bulbs?

No but you have to max out to the left/right (depending on which side you're doing) to remove the wheel well, which is how you get to the lights.

I changed mine when my bumper was off. But I think the easiest things is to remove the bumper.

that's easy.. just turn your wheel to the opposite direction on which ever side your working on... not that hard..
