Do you have a copy of the service manual that's floating around here? That's something handy

Don't forget you have to reshim the cams so you'll have to measure and then order whatever buckets you'll need to get the cams into spec. In other words, expect your car to be down for at least a couple of days.

wow them cams sound real good. Now how hard was the install because I have been hearing that once the install is done that it is hard to keep the car running. was tht true with your install. And also have heard from people that there is a bad abtch of cams that is going around from cosworth, kelford, and gsc, anyone else heard about this or is it just typical rumor stuff?

i havent heard of any bad cams being sent out

the cams and springs took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to do
and you do not have to pull the timing cover or the oil pan to install the cams
however i work on cars for a living
so dont get in over your head if your not sure you can do it

1 oops can cost lost of time a money

oh and sry my car idled fine after the install however when i went to drive the car i could only go about 2 miles before the car would through a p1238 code and go into a hard limp mode witch would require the code to be cleared before it would exit the limp mode cycling the ignition switch wouldnt clear it

so if you put the cams in plan a tune right away
