installed this over the weekend on my 2010 GSR. I did not have to shave/cut the ducts at all, intercooler fit just fine width wise I will be doing a write up on the install/experience and will post that in a new thread tomorrow. Intercooler itself does appear to be an awesome product!

Keep in mind the above was an MR. Might be why you didn't have to adjust the ducts. (not sure though).

I've done it a few times... you need a VERY long extension, 11mm, 13mm, 12mm, 10mm, a flathead. If you're talking about for your lancer, it's even easier. I'm including removing the intercooler pipes and intercooler and crashbeam.

So the 4" on the MR definitely requires modification to fit?

Yes, just trimming the ducts. No big deal.

Very happy with mine. Plus I ordered the flat black piping as well and looks completely stock. Great setup, didn't require any trimming on my GSR as well. 4" intercooler is massive!

Thanks michael for the writeup..

Will make my job of doing this on my GSR easier this weekend.

Pretty much how mine will look too, minus the annodized IC, Im loving the flat black piping and black couplers, straight ninja mode. I cant wait to get mine on wednesday !
