Just went to my car and shot a short clip on my phone explaining how to do it. Super easy and it won't void your warranty . You can also hear what it sounds like.

The 2008 MY (and I presume 2009 as well) have this feature.

Can you walk us through this because I couldn't find it on my 08 and the owners manual didn't indicate it either.

It's all in the wrist...lol. Just tap/flick/bat the signal wand up/down without locking it. It might take a couple tries to get your timing right so don't give up if it doesn't work at first.

I'm talking about increasing the volume of the turn signal; not the 3X flash.

I viewed your video but my 08 doesn't have the same menu choice (has only 2/2 vs 3/3 pages like yours). Nice video btw. The captions are good.

Like I thought, the 08 does not have the option to change the tone. Oh well.

I tried it on mine today, the car was turned off, but I had my key in the ignition at ACC (I think that's what it was called) and went through the settings menu. No luck with my 08.

seems like a new 2010 feature, but no way I'd have that annoying sound as my turn signal -_-"

Sounds like you're playing space invaders or something

OK, I'm not in the car so I haven't accessed my Options menu so IDK if the "Change Sound" is available. But we '08 owners DO have the "Options" menu but how you get to it varies depending on which tranny you have. I have the manual tranny. You can only access the "Options" menu WITH THE EMER BRAKE ENGAGED. Engine operation (on or off) does not matter TMK. I found this out one day sitting at a REALLY long light; popped the emer and started hitting the button...

If you have the auto (bleh), I have no clue how to get to yours, but I would suggest trying the same method. Who knows!
