i dont know about fog but waxing the mirror once or twice a month helps with the moisture alot. takes you literally 20seconds to do both sides.

no i dont although i tried purchasing one from some guy in canada who changed to the JUN side mirrors, he declined.

i do believe the MR-T has it as well as it comes as a package when you have heated seats. if i am not mistaken its activated when you turn on your rear defroster.
