how to request , air fuel ratio
i bought an air fuel ratio glowshift from another member here in evo m , so , no instructions or nothing , i have three wires black and red (neg and pos) and a gray wire that says that goes to the sender in the o2 sensor now im always trying to do it my self, but this time i dont know how to , i know theres more than one here that has an air fuel ratio gauge , so help me please , again only one wire to the o2 sensor , which wire do i have to tap into and which 02 sensor the first on i guess , thanks
prolly because they see its a narrow band gauge which is pointless. it gives you a light show and nothing else. but to install it you need to tap that gray wire into the front o2 sensor wire from your ecu. look up ecu wiring diagram for your car and find the front o2 sensor and tap into it.

Use Pin#38. Heated O2 Sensor Front. The ECU is in the engine bay. Very easy to snap back the black plastic clip to remove the plug. Its the upper plug you're gonna pull off so no need to fret with the lower one. Print the diagram out and bring it outside to the car to follow and use a wire tap (I used the piggyback style since there seems to be too little room for a T-tap). I installed this gauge, although find it rather pointless as well because narrow bands are more accurate on N/A engines, not our cars, but at least you'll know you're not running lean. It will almost always be rich, FYI...
