How the change the gauges to red/amber?

Our evo's dash light is a redish amber but our gauges are bright white. How and if it is possible to change the back light to match the rest of the dash?

Sorry if this is has been cover, i searched but no luck. Thanks in advance.

Only way would be to dissassemble the gauge cluster and solder in new red LED's in place of the red ones, it would be a pita, would void a lot of your electrical warranty, and would not be worth it.

In my opinion, I think a red gauge give a much racier look than our stock white ones. I love the way the gauges look on the Evo 8 and 9. Since you look at your gauges so much, why not look at the color that you like? But again, that might be just me.

im quite interested in changing the color too.

i would really like to change the color of my dash and the gauges to being purple, but if thats too difficult either turning one or the other to match up being either the red or the white is fine too...which ever is easier

The wealth has been shared on the other site like 8 months ago

All this involves is soldering experience, a steady hand, and a good amount of free time/patience.

Or you can just ship it to me if you find it overbearing
