Why not add a relay to the jumper wire powered 'on' by the parking lights?

I try this but doesn't this keep the fog Light on constantly?? I want to be able to turn it off

Unfortunately, you can't turn them off until the car itself is off.

how did you switch out the low beam bulbs? did you have to take the bumper off or just maneuver under the hood?
