I have painted the HVAC surround, shifter console, dash trim and gauge cluster satin black. The OEM radio relocate kit houses my head unit. I have the Gruppe-S 60mm panel for my three Prosport 60mm Electric Premium Peak/Warn Gauges. They are Amber/White and from left to right are Boost, Oil Pressure and Oil Temperature.

I went with this setup after seeing a few others in this thread. I wanted to keep it clean and near-OEM looking and I think I have done a decent job of that.
where do people get those gauges above the headunit?? i need some!

Read what you quoted my friend, haha. I have all the info right there about what I did and what gauges I used. Mine are Prosport gauges. But some other people use Defi gauges. They are the two most common you will find.

has anyone installed an MR 9 center console before on a GSR 9? I'm looking to get one cause i prefer the loose shift boot look vice the tight small GSR one and was planning on putting a FLEXFUEL decal in place of the "EVOLUTION MR" tag on it.

If you plan on being able to see them easily, then don't bother with the cubby position. I can't see my stock MR guages for squat.

Yes very true. I wouldn't put a boost gauge or something like that there. I have all my temp gauges mounted there. I only have to glance at them every now and then. Or look at them if I sense a problem.
