So why didnt you get an evo 8 or 9 instead of a $20,000 GTS? You like the x body style that much better than old evos? I didnt really like evo/lancer bodies PERIOD at first.Its the performance I sought after.

 

It's not just the body style. I had an '04 Lancer, and the '08 models are built much more solid than the previous models. And it comes with a lot more standard features. I would love to have the new X but 40K is way out of my budget right now. I know every single person out there has an opinion on which one is better, and it all comes down to personal preference. I still love the way Evo 8's and 9's look and I know they perform amazingly, I just like the solid feel of the '08's.

 

Gorgeous man, it looks like a cute little baby shark. I want one with navi, I didn't feel comfy before giving up the luxury items in my TL for an evo but now with navi and at least cruise control in the x I'll feel better. I sure would miss my blue tooth and heated seats though, it was cold as a witches tit in NY last night. lol

Congrats man. It was weird going from a srt to an Evo. When I got my Evo I floored it and it actually moved. I was having mad traction issues with the srt.
