I wonder why the oil pan still has the hump for the downpipe...they could have added more oil capacity.

Its open on the other side because of the oil cooler.

I agree 100%. I am taking it off when my AMS brake cooling kit arrives.

I want to feel the AYC at work before I decide on anything. I'm still pretty hooked on my IX RS so we'll see.

Because you've tracked your IX I'd be interested in a full comparison/review from you.
