Official Wicked White Evo X Picture Thread
Ok my WW peeps...question for you.... Any of you have all white vents (or at least the hood sole top center vent white)? I bought my 2012 MR new in March and have now noticed my top center vent paint is darkening (burning from heat)....ughhh
With this car only 6 mos old, it frustrates me to think what that vent may look like after years.... I am going to contact the dealer too but I wanted to see if any of you have experienced this?
I prefer the all white look so trying to see if there is anything I can do proactively to prevent further damage or if I will need to swap this for a black one... Any thoughts?
It is more noticeable in person/kind of hard to see in the pic...but you can kind of see it

I cleaned it very well and this is the only area I have seen this. I am going to use a clay bar this wknd and see if maybe it is deeper dirt (hoping so) but this was the only area and it does get very hot... so I kind of freaked out.
My fiance's white se is doing the same thing. Its a yellow color that I cant scrub off. Im guessing its just from the exhaust heat, since its right above the mani area. I will prolly buy a carbon replacement.
What suspension? BTW I'm really considering a set of those black editions. I love the yellow contrast and being on a white car.. Look awesome on PB as well. Is the entire wheel black or does it have a polished lip? Hard to tell.
Same post from Agressive Wheel Thread:
Finally after a very long wait (7 months) here is my new setup:
Wheels - 19x10 +20 Work S1R's (also running a 5mm hubcentric spacer on all four corners)
Tires - 265/30 - Toyo T1R - (not my ideal size but got them for a super deal. 275/30 or 275/35 is what I will buy next)
