Here is my fiances X. I also own a evo IX SE.

 

In the sun, the gold is very much apparent. It has a neat dark intense gray at night, almost black but not. Here is a very upclose shot of the color and more pics on my other post.

I didn't put the money down on that one. It was there when I went there but its a PB GSR w/ aero. I wanted the SSS so I opted to wait for PB w/ SSS. And the showroom lights don't do it justice.

 

^^ I used to feel the same way about the aerokit...still do (on most colors), but the aero kit on Phatom Black is...well just BADA$$!!

i almost thought that there is no Official PB thread cuz i was just going to start one.

well here is mine or the link to it that is. love it, what i dont like is what i read recently about the paint chipping on both the rear driver and passenger doors. i didnt think it could happen to me but went out last night to check it out and true enought i have a couple on both sides.

it seems i will be getting the OEM splash guards.
