I dont know about the evox cover there, but on my tiburon the cover was designed to melt and put out an engine fire if there was one to save the rest of the car /shrug i'm sure they had a reason to put it there other than make it look pretty. if that was the case, they would have made it color match all the cars

Since the valve cover wasn't designed to be viewed, they put no effort into asthetics, and therefore it looks strange. I'm no fan of engine covers, but in the case of the X, I think it looks better with than without. Someone needs to design a decent looking valve cover for this thing!!!!!!!!!! The valve cover on the 4G63 is gorgeous...

Thats cool , thats way I made the post to see what "you" the potential customer may or may not want . I do have another newer picture which will be posted shortly , right now we're more looking for feedback and trying out ideas - nothing is set in stone .
