I picked one up from redlinegoods.com. I believe I paid a few dollars extra to get the 1 inch shorter one for my short shifter.

http://www.redlinegoods.com/EvoXshiftboot.shtm

When I ordered this I made sure to note in the comments that this was for an Evo X. For some reason, the order sheet kept saying Evo 8/9. I got an order confirmation and the part fit fine. The only thing is the leather may not be the best quality but for the money it works for me. Mine looks different than the picture which shows a suede one. I ordered the black leather with white stitching and I only got 2 stitchs - front and back vs the picture which shows 4.

Sorry for the late reply guys! We've been away from the board for awhile and just came back the past few days.

Here's the latest update on the shift boots. The first batch will be arriving around the end of the month. Due to popular demand, the first batch will include black suede with white stitching, and black suede with red stitching. The black leather versions will follow shortly after.

We will be receiving a final production sample of the suede version in about a week. Once it's here, we will post up pics and begin taking orders.

Thanks!

The stitching on the stock steering wheel is actually a gray/silver color. Will the stitching actually be white, or will it match the stock wheel?

I'd be interested in a suede one stitched to match the wheel.

Production sample of the suede shift boot arrived yesterday. Here are new pics of the T1R shift boot in black suede with white stitching, and with red stitching.

We are now taking pre-orders on the suede shift boots. The shipment should be arriving around the end of June/early July, so orders should be received by mid to late July.

We're still waiting for the second batch of shift boots to come in. Once they're in, replacements will be sent to all previous orders and we will begin taking new orders again.

Thanks!

I think the biggest improvement that I see is the steering wheel swap. The stock steering wheel is extremely ugly. Putting something cleaner on there is a huge leap forward. A stock 9 wheel would be gorgeous.
