Best wax for use with a buffer?

What does everyone here use? Just to bring out a luster.. not really to cut any scratches out or anything... I use Mother's cleaner wax, or the Gold Class, but it doesn't seem to last a very long time as far as when it dries up quickly while using it with the buffer.

I used #26 for years, but switched over to Zaino about 6 years ago, it is the best stuff I've ever used by far!

Depends on what buffer you have and what you want the "wax" to do. Most of the time you'd use a buffer for polishes and compounds. A pure wax is for protection - it does not remove swirls and scratches.

There are lots of stuff you can get that will last longer than the over the counter stuff.

Here's some good reading:

Here is how the new Ultima products compare to Zaino. The durability is a lot higher. Zaino is pretty good but there's a lot of new technology in paint care now.
