It's the wheels man. You need different wheels. Larger, different color and lowered.

Oh, you're the test car for all those CF pieces. You should have done the wheels in CG too because that time attack deal is just not working on that car.

The car will be painted when all the carbon parts are on the car. Still have a full lip kit, side skirts, doors, trunk, hood etc to install.

The car won't be painted till september/october when I finish it for SEMA.

I like the wheels though but they will not be on the car long term. I will do a staggered setup in 19's when I get closer to finishing the car.

I like the rear diffuser but yeah, the wheels have got to go... They look terribly cheap...

nice carbon parts. the wheels are atrocious, however. the red ring really looks like dog crap on there

The car will be two tone gray and carbon. The entire side of the car will be carbon ncluding the doors and part of the quarter panel. It will also have carbon fiber mirror caps, gas door, door pillar trim, as well as some hand made carbon cannards.

The finial scheme will com together for sure just give it time.

This is a new project car and half the parts are not even finished being prototyped so lets not jump the gun guys as it is not yet a finished project.

I went with the red lip because I like it personally. It is one of those things that you either love or hate it seams.

I just wanted to do something different and since my car will be done in a time attack style I picked these wheels for a first set as I progress through the build. I only drive the car for pleasure driving as I am working on the car in most of my free time testing parts or working on prototyping new stuff.

The finial choice wheels will likely be a multi piece gloss black with polished lip and bolts. I have that style on my other 2 cars in 20x9 and 22x9.5

It's more the time than the money. The prototyping and materials cost is what gets expensive fast. I am doing a lip kit for this car and also a kit for the 03-07 Murano this summer.

Here is my last project car which i still have. It is a 99 Cougar that I bought bram new in May 99 and it's now turbocharged with 300+ FWHP and is about 8" wider with the hand built widebody I did. The roof skin is done in carbon to continue the theme.

The car is still back in PA at my parents house and I am gonna bring it out to CA this fall. I moved here from PA in Dec 04.
