I am new to this forum..great info. Thinking of MR and trying to decide on colors.

I have noticed that some Evos have all black in the center part of the front bumper all the way down and including the bottom of the air dam, while others have the very bottom portion in the middle in body color - I looked through pictures here and it seems to vary for all body colors.

Anyone know what is going on here? Difference in early vs. late production or is the all black (I prefer this) a dealer accessory piece? Thanks

 

Some have the aero kit and the front lip is painted and installed on the factory bumper.

 

The all black bumper without the lip is standard. The aero kit is the painted lip below the blacked out front fascia. It is an option that costs an extra $2000. You also get wider side skirts and a rear bumper corner extension with it.

 

aero package completes it
