Ah that isn't the full Summit Point track that is the Jefferson Circuit, or is the Jefferson Circuit the main one?

I took my skippy 3 day course on that track, pretty fun!

The main circuit is the big one. That's where NASA and SCCA racing would generally take place. Shenandoah is much newer, smaller and more technical and has the karussel in it. That's where the Redline Time Attack is done and a lot of HPDEs, though it's not as good for W2W racing. The Jefferson Circuit is a second class track by comparison to either of the others. When I think of Jefferson, I think of motorcycle track days, on-track autocross courses, police training, small car club HPDEs, etc.

Everyone I've ever heard talk about it refers to it as the main circuit. But yes, on that map, that's the one.
