^+1. Black would be sweet. Any plans to make, if not would I'd be happy with chrome too! Ive been wondering where you went since its debut on EVOX forum.

 

there is a limited-run of matte black emblems. only a few will be made, and these are double-coated (base plastic is already black, and a layer of paint is sprayed on).

if you look closely on the pic i posted above, the emblem on the very top is the matte black version. here is a wider angle:



those will still get a second matte coat before they ship out. they will be slightly more than the chrome, but not substantially by much. I personally do not know how many matte versions will be made, as they do cost a bit more to make from the factory.
