the lip does come with all the brackets and screws, but you do have to drill them in yourself which is why I took it to a body shop to get it installed...

the bodyshop told me himself that he has never had any kind of CF lip line up as good as this one did ......and they did not remove the bumper, all they did was put it up on stands and turned the steering wheel as they needed to align everything
