I'm looking at buying..., Scratch that! I'm going to buy an EVO X. I had my heart set on a R34 GTR, but I saw this beastie come along and bloody hell it looks like a R34! So I have waited and saved for 3 years. My Mum is gonna give me some money to. So come this june, I'm going shopping, Baby!!

Some things I'm still thinking over and over are:
-What colour?
-Manual or 6spd SST?
Also it will have the MMCS(the screen thingy!)

I'm only going to spend $50kaud to buy it. One of the dealers says they can go through Mitsubishi Auctions and get a good one cheap, with 5-10,000kms on the clock. Now, one of my friends says to get one in White. My other friend says he doesn't like white but he likes Red or Blue.

I still ain't to sure but I like Red or Blue but I wouldn't mind one in silver too.
But I never had a Red car!.....

out of the colors you listed, I think white looks best.

 

I don't think you can go wrong with any color except the grey.

 

Rally Red FTW! Red and blue are definitely the "lookers," they stand out from the crowd. White looks great on the X too though. I decided on red because I always viewed it as "Mitsubishi's color" and because it seemed like everyone was getting white. I'm very happy with my decision.

 

Who cares what your friends think, buy what you like. You're not mindless are you?

 

I like the white and probably would have picked up white if there were more of them available. I also strongly considered Red because I have always liked them and the 08 red looks good.

I ended up in an Octane Blue one and have zero regrets, my wife loved the color and so did our six year old. I never liked the Evo 8 faded crayola blue color (sorry I dont recall the name of it) I thought it was kinda ugly, but the nine and ten blues are really nice IMHO.

Apex Silver is one of the rarer colors from what I've seen, I'm glad I chose it. But make your own decisions for a car this expensive.
