The Subtle covers are really nice. The gold covers and pipes would be great on a Black or WW. Black cover for the rest =D

This is my new setup. Billet 6061 aluminum, custom CAD-designed and CNC-machined coil cover! Soon to be powder coated as well. Valve cover is powder coated in candy blue to (sort of) match the car.

Looks nice. Did you pocket out the backside? What's the weight?

Hard anodized finish would be great for something like this.

I have a question that maybe someone with some background can answer.
would adding a sparkplug cover like that, that allows little to no airflow effect the operating temp of the coils themselfs?

Thanks!

Yep, there is quite a significant pocket machined above the coils. It's about 1.4 lb. Hefty, but nothing compared to the 4.5 lb chunk of aluminum it came from

I think they will be offered in about 5 anodized finishes.

The coils were below an engine cover to begin with, they are designed to operate at higher temperatures optimally. There is, however, a lot of free air space between the coil cover and the coils, so they are not going to overheat. At all. This is in reference to the cover I have...

here's something that's "radical" for me. got the valve cover, complx radiator cap cover, and strut bar powder coated striker orange, topped it off with the complx coil cover coated in midnight black chrome. the complx oil cap is going to be coated to match the coil cover, but we ran out of time. hope you guys enjoy as much as i am. the color changes nicely with the right light as you can see in some of them. the coil cover ties it together so well in my opinion. let me know what you guys think.

Needs a wire tuck real badly, which I should be taking care of soon enough.
