Daytime Running Lights opinion

What have you guys been doin? Leave them in stock, disconnect, or change color? Never had DRL's so I'm kinda scratchin my head right now although I'm leaning towards just takin them out for now. Got the HID package so the DRL's have no other use.

I changed it to PIAA HID White 1156 bulbs. Cannot disable in Canada coz it's illegal.

I kinda like them. When you see them in the rear view mirror it kinda looks like its saying get the f*** out of the way.

Their primary purpose is to make the vehicle be seen more. When driving a car with them; the driver doesn't even notice. There has been laws changed in the past that mandated that different types/classes of vehicles have them. Canada has had them for many years.

My personal opinion is to leave them in and functioning as intended. It would be nice for them to turn off when the e-brake handle is pulled up though. At each engine start; the first time the e-brake is released they come on and then stay on. This is annoying if you don't turn the car off right away when your destination is reached.

I'm not against DRL's, but I am against the plain halogen color. That's why I went with the S&S package for the headlights.
