I used to think the prototype X had thinner mirrors, but I found a pic and now I'm not so sure. Now I think they are the same but with an integrated blinker. Please show me more thin mirrors!!

 

^ That they are.....the ganador mirrors with led is just a little more i think than the regular ganadors...I would get the LED ones...another simple fact why I would want ganador is because I can still use the electric controls instead of manually adjusting----especially in the rain or snow where I'm at.........

Yes, from an esthetic and functional point of view, the ones on the X Prototype are really what we need; I do not care about turn signal option; rather the thin style so that you can actually see when making a left turn.
That said, focusing only on the side mirrors is being short sighted; the A-pillars ( as mentioned by Neveronlineten above) restrict visibiity as well. They are so wide due to the air airbags underneath. In fact, I want to rip out the A-pillar bags and replace with a very thin A-pillar cover.

Come on USA fab businesses out there! You guys with ***** and the entrepreneur spirit build us a "system"(mirrors and A-pillar) to significantly improve the visibility of the terrible, poorly designed OEM set up. I can guaranty you it will sell!

another thing with the JDM mirrors like Ganador, the mirrors are flipped! the 1:1 scale is on the right side, and the wide view is on left!

you'd have to goto a mirror/glass place here if you wanted to get custom mirrors cut to get it to US spec...

 

i was reading the modified mag, and on the last page they have a picture of an evo x sponcered by nitto tires,for their new nt05 tire, anyway the mirrors on that car are really nice and was wondering if anyone knew what they were thankyou

If you are talking about the white evo x, thats the E Autosports Evo. They are a vendor on here.
