just found out today my old IX was stolen. New owner was held at gun point. Thread in the 1-9 section.

 

looking good. what do you use to keep your engine bay clean? my engine bay is filthy as hell.

actually just cleaned it today to get ready for Ocean City show.

1. Soap and water wash. Use as little water as possible.

2. Microfiber towl dry

3. Black Magic Interior Dressup on everything.

Usually takes about an hour or so. If u do it once a month it usually stays clean enough that it gets easier to clean each time.

 

well it was back to stock when it was stolen lol. but it was gutted and concidered total loss.

 

thanks, i'll remember this. i was cleaning it earlier, but some spots are really tough to reach. and i have some crappy water spots on my intercooler piping.

 

get a chrome or metal polish. that works good for IC pipes.

 

This car makes me feel better about buying my silver X! Great looking car.
