what CEL did you throw after you installed these??

 

I installed these and didn`t get any CEL, gained 15whp at the top end

 

very nice. i ALMOST ordered these for my IX MR, but i went with a full COP system from spark tech. why mitsu did a coil + wire system makes no sense to me.

Anyone has a before and after comparison? This product looks like something worth having IMHO.

how much and where did you order them from?

 

I added the Okadas, M40XL spark plugs and Invidia's
3" downpipe + free flow cat and my tune was running
super lean

Might have been the 100 cell free flow cat causing the
lean mixture but I highly recommand a TUNE after
install. As a matter of fact, Okada recommands a tune too
on their installation instructions

The car is definately less prone to pinging now that the okadas
are on board!

 

For X owners it is a COP, so it does make sense. I bought the same setup as the OP but didn't do a before & after. I'm going in for a tune on TH. If I make more power than a local with a similar car then it's probably due to the Okadas.

I've never found a good explanation about which plug to go for...the M40XL or the M45XL. I went with the 40's. I ran across this thread while trying to figure out if I made the right decision.

It says right on the box to not gap them.
