they can't see past the dash. wanna show me how you can drive with your head in front of a steering wheel? i'd love to see it.

yes. you fail.

actually, i have. took me a month but yes i have.

oh, and i fabbed my own carbon fiber parts before. how about that.

and it is different because they didn't do a single thing; most of us here at least dared to put on something simple like an intake. as in, you know, attempt to understand how the car works. i hope that makes sense to you.

So why do ppl put seibon carbon fiber hoods on their car? Don't give me that BS about performance since it weighs just as much. Why put a new hood on when the old one is just as fine?

I see old ppl who sit 2 inches away from the steering wheel who can hardly see over the dash....

WCC should've made some custom booster seats for them!

they don't weigh just as much. specifically, wet carbon is heavier, and dry carbon is lighter. either way it makes no difference, as like you said the difference is negligible. but you're basing this on replacing an entire part, which would apply if they replace it with brembo gt or wilwood or something else entirely. a more direct argument would be painting the stock hood black, or whatever other color. likewise, painting a carbon hood in any color is in my opinion a waste of effort. along with that fad a while ago with painting the roof black to mimic a glass roof. it's kind of like you said - why paint a part when it came like so and it looks good? it's down to personal opinion, really. i would give them credit if they did it themselves; i was putting on my first aftermarket intake when i was their age. although i'd still hate them for painting over bright, shiny red brembos when other members here have theirs fade to brown and wished the red won't go that way.

yeah, and they're the ones you want to avoid; they don't know where they're going.

Dude, endGame, get over yourself. Just because you were fabricating your own parts and doing your own installs at their age doesn't mean everyone has to. They don't need to do that crap because they are loaded.

Im not defending them because I like their show or anything, but they earned their money somehow and are free to do whatever they want with it. Acting might not be backbreaking manual labor, but it obviously works for them.

and to the people suggesting beaters as their first cars, guess what? Evos and STI's are beaters for people as rich as these kids.

I wont presume to know anything about these guys' personal life, but I hope they are at least taking some driving lessons, and learn to respect the performance of these cars. If not, we are gonna have another Nick Hogan scenario on our hands.

^^^ well again, it goes back to the whole "undeserving" bit. yeah they can have the cars, but how embarrassing would it be if they don't even know how to turn off traction control? if lewis hamilton drives one i'd be stoked, and he's a year younger than i am. i can tell you it's another nick hogan waiting to happen. or another eriksson and an enzo. whatever the case is, looking like a *** pays, apparently. everyone take notes.

oh yes it's riced. car and driver. looks-wise it's not bad, but it exhibits all kinds of symptoms of rice.

Awful looking results from WCC, as always. I'm not one to hate on young kids with money and sweet cars, but those little kids in these performance cars is a bad recipe.

And if a shop ever took my car and did donuts within feet of a curb, we'd be fighting.
