I would definetly get some agressive wheels on that.. Its would set the car off. Also Get the Ralliart tails instead of the blacked out ones. The Badge in the back seems to be sitting to high up on the trunk. But other than that Congrats its look pretty good. It just needs some things to go along with it.

 

not really my taste. if it were mine, i'd lose the canards, tail light tint, and badge on the back. also get spacers for the wheels. best in texas idk about that, kinda tooting your own horn?? but if you like it thats all that matters.

 

Not feelin the canards, black rims and tinted headlights might add to what your going for.

I'm struggling to see why everyone is ripping this guy and calling him a ricer while they kiss archies *** His car, same color, has canards, a massive Voltex wing and a lip you could use as a freakin swim platfrom.

 

^ sorry but everyone has different opinions, that should just be expected. not EVERYONE kisses archies ***, did you check everyones posts or something ? Archies is more of a complete look anyways with aggressive wheels and the photography with his photos lends to the car as well. i know for me, i enjoy the shots of archie's car but i woudl never make my own evo look that way. Everyone has diff taste and to say your own evo is the best in TX might call for more '' opinionated '' answers.

not entirely true. it doesn't need one, you're right. but adding one designed properly helps. that's why the UKFQ-400 has one stock. like everyone else has said, this car is far from the best at anything. the canards are gay, especially if they are just there for show. ralliart tails would look 100x better, and at least change the stock wheels before trying to claim a prize as best anything. the interior paint screams cobalt, not even SS though, just regular cobalt. wrap it with some carbon fiber or something. with the way the car sits now, if a bone stock EVO X MR went to your house to visit, your car wouldn't even be the best MR in your driveway, let alone texas.

 

you might have over done it with the title of your thread... meaning, you might get bashed alot by only showing almost a bone stock MR... people my like it or they might not!!! car looks good btw... don't let any of these guys bring you down, it's your car.. not theirs...

 

I don't see why everyone is saying your ride is ricey.... the only mods i can see on the exterior are canards (form follows function), red tail lights (much better than stock pink) and a rebadging. Ricey? you can say that about any modded japanese car - none of us would be on here if we all didn't have a passion for that. IMO people are too quick to judge and throw the rice insult... ease up people. This is clearly a nice car with tasteful mods - might not be YOUR taste, but he's not putting anything cheap into or onto the car. So, I give you credit for that dude, its a good looking ride and I especially like the custom red gloss addition to the interior trim....how easy was that to do? I wouldn't mind painting mine a gloss black or something...

 

like I said, the canards are okay. but to add the "rally style" oem mudflaps doesn't flow with the whole car. the black tinted tails just add to that statement.

 

From what I can remember, Texas is pretty big.

 

I think archie's didn't have "rally style" mudflaps nor black out tails.
