Take a lesson or two from your fellow friend - do things right the first way and don't cut any corners. Maybe you can bring the X this way as we autocross every month and track is just up the street from my house.

^^^I am taking my time with this build, I know in the end it will be worth it. I am dipping in my race car build and that I dont like. I want to build a track car, but its not for me, its for the Miss. She wants to start racing and i want her to be the fastest Evo girl racer in the area.

The discrepancy with having a nice drop but loss in performance kept me away from lowering springs. This is why I went with coil overs. I can slam the car with retaining uber high performance. There is no way I would drive around high as a monster truck..

Got any vids of the exhaust? I put mine on over the weekend and it's pretty loud with the stock cat. I don't know if I could do it with just a testpipe. Mine is the older version with a silencer in front of the muffler.

I like the satin valve cover. Mine is plastic. I can't seem to figure out how to "tuck" the wire on the far side (Left when looking from top) that runs to the back of the engine. Do you have any suggestions?

You have to splice it and add about 6-7 inches of wire, that is what I did.
