It dissapates heat! Attatch to your oil pan, etc. and the heat dissapates away...It cools the piece you attatch it to.

Saw this about a year ago for the evo 8/9. You are suppose to glue this to your undercarriage (oil pan/tranny/tc/etc) and as the air passes through that comb looking stuff, it cools

GLUE??? i wonder what kinda glue can withstand and not melt and give to the heat that is coming from the surface it is directly attached to

It comes with 3M double sided tape.

I wonder if the 3M tape would insulate it from what ever cooling effect it might have?
