What's the correct way to fix this?
I have 2 small dents that i must get rid of. They both look like if someone shot my car with a BB gun lol. One of them is on the lower part of the rear passenger door and whatever hit it also chipped off about a quarter inch area of paint.
The other one I think would be a little more trouble. It's on the thin section that runs diagonallyright on the side of the front windshield inbetween the windshield and the door. What's the correct method to remove them? As far as not damaging anything else? Also where can i get either a good marker/pen to fix up the chipped part? Or should I have it professionally done?

professionally done....... you would have to get from behind it and lightly hammer out the dents.. then sand/grind. with a spinning air sander.... bondo.... sand again... primer.... sand... maybe paint depending on how smooth each step is. but as they paint they will have to blend to existing paint....... then go from there, in short anyways... its easier to just get some one to do it.. shouldnt take a pro very long to do it
