hi i am interested in the chargespeed rear bumper part REAR BUMPER SUPOILER FRP 004217 , i was just wondering if the bumper comes complete and can be painted or you have to buy the plate garnis and diffuser or are they just add ons, i contacted a bunch of chargespeed dealer and cannot get an answer any help would be great and thanks
