hi,
i was driving on the freeway one day, and i saw a red evo x with a flashing tail light(only the top led one) when he brakes, and i thought it's kinda cool, so i was wondering how can we do that?
to clear the confusion the picture is showing where is it flashing.

its a little box that plugs into the light that makes it pulsate for 5 sec. or so. couldnt tell you what its called though.
