Yes they do, I just went down there with a bottle of black touch up paint and painted the heads black, you cant see them anymore.

Thanks beetle...i found them right after i posted...hows the fitment? Does it completely cover the center bottom portion plastic piece? Mine is damaged and I dont wanna buy a new one if the lip covers it
