I mean I'm not sure you understand but after each rally (which is maybe 200 miles of hard driving) you have to put the turbo off the car, examine it, re-balance it and so on. Running anti lag isn't just pops and giggles like it seems on the outside.

You can use stock ECU ( ralliart with basic tune ) with ALS and have 2 stage with it.
But from what I know USDM Evo doesn't have the ALS hardware that come factory with the car. Without that no bang bang, unless there is an alternative.
In long run of course, it will destroy the turbo and exhaust... but not not in 200miles or whatsoever hardriving. As soon you get in the "lag" the ALS will kick in. So just keep in boost and you will be the same as driving almost like your DD car in boost. staying in idle is worst than driving in 4000rpm+ for the turbo.
